Track ticket sales

The session dashboard includes a “Ticket sales” section summarizing the financial performance of your ticketing: revenue, refunds, average order value, and sales trends.

  1. Open the relevant session: the dashboard is displayed.
  2. Scroll down to the “Ticket sales” section.

The KPI cards show:

  • “Gross sales”: total collected before refunds;
  • “Refunds”: total refunded;
  • “Net sales”: gross sales minus refunds;
  • “Orders”, with the “Average order” value;
  • “Tickets sold”, with the “Average price”.

The “View orders” button opens the session’s order list directly.

The “Sales by ticket type” table details, for each type:

  • “Ticket type”;
  • “Qty”: number of tickets sold;
  • “Net”: net amount;
  • “Share”: weight in total sales.

The “Sales trend” chart displays two series:

  • “Net”: net sales per period;
  • “Cumulative”: running total since the beginning.

Periods without sales are shown at zero so the curve reads continuously.

The “Statistics filters” bar at the top of the dashboard applies to the whole page, including the financial section:

  • “Period”: analyzed date range;
  • “All categories”: restrict to certain participant categories;
  • Granularity: “Hour”, “Day”, “Week”, or “Month”.
