Use the bottom sidebar controls
The bottom of the Eveos sidebar groups a context shortcut, access to your profile, and the controls related to display preferences.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Sign in to Eveos.
Controls at a glance
Section titled “Controls at a glance”| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| “Switch Event” | From an event session, returns to the current organizer’s event list. |
| “Switch Organizer” | From an organizer workspace, opens “Choose an organizer”. |
| Profile card | Displays your initials (or avatar), name, and email address. Opens “Settings” > “Profile” in a new tab. |
| “Change language” | Opens the language menu: “Français” or “English”. |
| “Change theme” | Opens the display menu with “Auto”, “Light”, and “Dark”. |
| “Help & Support” | Provides access to Eveos help and support. |
| “Logout” | Ends your Eveos session. |

Switch context
Section titled “Switch context”The shortcut displayed above the profile depends on your current location.
From an event session
Section titled “From an event session”- Select “Switch Event”.
- Eveos opens the current organizer’s “Events” page.
- Select the event you want to view.
From an organizer workspace
Section titled “From an organizer workspace”- Select “Switch Organizer”.
- Eveos opens “Choose an organizer”.
- Select the organizer you want to view.
Open your profile
Section titled “Open your profile”- Locate the card containing your initials, name, and email address.
- Select the card.
- Eveos opens “Settings” > “Profile” in a new tab and displays “My Profile”.

Change the interface language
Section titled “Change the interface language”- Select “Change language”, represented by the flag of the current language.
- Select “Français” or “English”.
- Wait for the interface to refresh in the selected language.
The language currently in use is disabled in the menu.
Change the display theme
Section titled “Change the display theme”- Select “Change theme”.
- Choose “Auto”, “Light”, or “Dark”.
The selected theme is disabled in the menu. Selecting “Dark” immediately applies a dark color scheme.
Help and logout
Section titled “Help and logout”Help & Support
Section titled “Help & Support”Select “Help & Support” to access Eveos help and support.
Logout
Section titled “Logout”Select “Logout” when you have finished your Eveos session.
