Developers: API keys and webhooks

Eveos exposes a public API that lets an integrator (CRM, ERP, no-code tool…) read your data and receive real-time notifications when platform events occur (new participant, check-in, paid order…). Two tools support building an integration:

• API keys authenticate inbound calls made by an integrator to the Eveos public API.
• Webhooks let Eveos send outbound HTTP notifications to a URL of your choice whenever an event occurs.

These settings are defined at the organizer level, under “Settings” → “Developer” → “API Keys” or “Webhooks”.

Note

Viewing these pages requires the “View” permission on the “Integrations” module; creating, editing, rotating, revoking, or deleting requires the “Manage Integrations” permission. See Manage roles and permissions.

Public API scope

The public API covers operational resources allowed by the key role, including projects, sessions, participants, exhibitors, program data, products, taxonomies, and check-ins. Users, integrations, campaigns, imports, payments, and exports remain excluded.
