What is Eveos?

Eveos is an all-in-one event management platform: trade shows, conferences, congresses, corporate events… It covers the full life cycle of an event, from online participant registration to on-site access control, including ticketing, exhibitor management, and email communications.

Session overview in Eveos

The whole platform is built around a simple hierarchy:

  • The organizer — the entity that organizes: your company, brand, or agency. This is where users, roles, and data shared across all your events are managed.
  • The event — the concept, which can repeat over time: for example, the “Show Set” trade show.
  • The session — a dated, located edition of the event: for example, “Show Set Paris 2026”. The session is where most day-to-day work happens: participants, registrations, exhibitors, program, badges…

A central database of each session’s participants: manual entry, bulk import, search, categories (visitor, VIP, press…), and consent management to stay GDPR-compliant.

Manage participants →

Build online registration journeys: custom forms, products and ticketing, promo codes, and manual validation of requests when access to the event is controlled.

Discover Registration & Sales →

Design personalized email templates with merge tags (participant name, badge, event dates…), then send targeted campaigns: registration confirmations, badge deliveries, reminders.

Manage your exhibitor directory and give exhibitors autonomy with self-service exhibitor portals: each exhibitor completes their profile, invites team members, and follows their preparation checklist (documents to provide, deadlines…).

Manage exhibitors →

Build the session’s program: conferences, keynotes, workshops, round tables… with their speakers, places (rooms, stages, booths), and schedules.

Manage the program →

Design custom badge templates per participant category, send them by email before the event, and control access on site.

Invite colleagues at the organizer level and assign granular roles and permissions, module by module: view, create, edit, delete.

The Show Set Paris 2026 team opens online visitor registration with a custom form. Exhibitors get access to their portal: they complete their company profile, invite team members, and follow their checklist (insurance, logos, electrical order form…).

The show’s website displays the exhibitor directory and the conference program in real time through widgets connected to Eveos — any update in the dashboard is published instantly.

As the show approaches, an email campaign sends each participant their personalized badge, scanned at the entrance on the day. During and after the event, statistics track registrations, entrance scans, and attendance to measure the edition’s performance.

A tech conference sells three ticket types (standard, premium, student) through a registration journey with online payment. An early-bird promo code is shared on social media, and each buyer automatically receives a confirmation email with their ticket.

The program is built in Eveos — keynotes, workshops, speakers, and rooms — then displayed on the conference website through a widget: every room or schedule change is reflected in real time.

On the management side, statistics give a live view of sales by ticket type, the promo code’s impact, and the registration pace, so communication can be adjusted before the event.

A gala evening restricts access to approved guests: the registration form feeds a validation queue where the team accepts or declines each request. Confirmed guests receive their badge by email, and a reminder campaign targets those who haven’t responded yet.

On gala night, smart access control enforces the access rules at each checkpoint: only validated guests get through the main entrance, and the VIP area only admits authorized categories — a non-compliant badge is automatically rejected at scan time.

Scans feed the statistics in real time: the team knows at any moment how many guests have arrived, and can later compare actual attendance against confirmations.
