Organizer, event, session: where settings live
In Eveos, you always work at one of three levels: the organizer, an event, or a session. The sidebar and the available settings change with the level — which is why a setting can seem “missing” when it simply lives at another level.
The three levels
Section titled “The three levels”| Level | What it contains | Example settings |
|---|---|---|
| Organizer | Your events and every setting shared between them. | Users and roles, payments, domains, email senders, lists and definitions, subscription, API keys and webhooks. |
| Event | An event’s general information and the list of its sessions. | Name, description, the event’s sessions. |
| Session | The day-to-day work on one edition of the event. | Participants, exhibitors, registration and forms, products, email campaigns, badges, check-in, program, widgets. |
Identify the level you are on
Section titled “Identify the level you are on”- The breadcrumb at the top of the page shows your position: organizer name › “Events” › event name › session name.
- The sidebar content depends on the level: session modules (Participants, Exhibitors…) only appear inside a session; the organizer’s “Settings” section only appears at the organizer level.
Move up a level
Section titled “Move up a level”Two equivalent ways:
- The breadcrumb at the top of the page: select the event name to return to the event, or “Events” to return to the organizer’s event list.
- The shortcuts at the bottom of the sidebar: “Switch Event” from a session, “Switch Organizer” from an organizer workspace. See Use the sidebar bottom commands.

Example: create an email sender
Section titled “Example: create an email sender”Senders are configured at the organizer level, not inside a session. From a session:
- Select “Events” in the breadcrumb at the top of the page (or “Switch Event” at the bottom of the sidebar).
- In the organizer sidebar, open the “Settings” section.
- Open “Email Senders”, then select “Add Sender”.
