Search for an event and open its page.
Introduction to events
An event belongs to an organizer. It groups its configuration and the sessions used to manage participants and event operations.
In the example used throughout this documentation:
- “Demo” is the organizer;
- “Show Set” is the event;
- “Show Set Paris 2026” is a session in that event.
What is the difference between an event and a session?

Main actions

Add an event to the current organizer.
Edit an event
Open the edit form from the event list or event page.
Configure an event
Open Custom Fields, Participant Categories, and Reference Lists.
